NINO ROPA — Return & Refund Policy

At Nino Ropa, we are committed to providing you with premium quality garments, craftsmanship, and service. Each piece is made with intention and care. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

 

Eligibility for Return

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags and labels must be intact and attached.
  • The item is not customized or personalized (e.g., bespoke/monogrammed pieces cannot be returned).
  • valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or tailored pieces
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods
  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items if:

  • The requested size is available.
  • The return conditions above are met.

To ensure availability, we recommend contacting us in advance at care@ninoropa.com before sending your item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email care@ninoropa.com with your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
  2. Wait for a confirmation and return authorization within 24–48 hours.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship to the return address provided in our response email. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Attach clear photos of the issue along with your order number to care@ninoropa.com.
  • We will resolve it promptly with either a replacement or refund.
